We have remained a small, family owned, word of mouth home building business for over 30 years on purpose. Our goal is to partner with you to provide consultative support throughout the entire project and be there to guide your decisions every step of the way.  We have completed hundreds of projects for clients throughout the Charlotte, North Carolina area and will be happy to provide references with whom you can speak.

  • Need to customize your existing plans? We can help. Our project managers are civil engineers and have extensive experience evaluating a home’s flow and function while also looking for opportunities to cut costs.
  • Quality vs. Quantity.  Our philosophy has always been to build homes the right way using the best materials to maximize your budget. Our homes stand the test of time and we will be available to you long after your beautiful new home is complete.
