ur sister company, Weather Out Flashing was founded in 2004 by Ross Allen Custom Builders.  After years of working in the custom home building industry, President and Owner, Ross Allen noticed an ever growing need for a better way to weatherize the installation of windows and doors.  After years of research, Ross Allen designed, tested and perfected multiple styles of head and sill window and door flashing products resulting in 6 patents. All our state of the art window and door flashing products provide a patented sloped pan design which channels water away from your home and prevents the occurrence of window and door water leaks in your home.

Our window and door flashing products are used in all our custom home designs and renovations. In addition, our window and door flashing products are being sold to builders and developers across the country.
